招聘所长助理

分子与细胞治疗研究所（IMCT）是CIMR旗下新成立的一个研究所，致力于开发针对主要人类疾病（包括癌症、自身免疫性疾病、神经退行性疾病和心血管疾病等）的新型疗法。我们将通过吸引顶尖研究人才、开展世界一流的科研工作以及培养下一代科学家来实现这一目标。我们的研究重点在于寻找新的治疗靶点，并推动创新性分子与细胞治疗方案的有效发展。我们的使命是将IMCT打造成突破性疗法研发的一个顶尖卓越机构。

一 主要职责

1. 协助所长拟定本研究所的发展规划、年度计划及有关规章制度，并抓好落实；

2. 协助所长招聘本研究所的关键科研人员，如PI;

3. 协助所长做好行政、科研、教学等工作；

4. 具体负责本研究所内外事务的综合协调、督办落实；做好与创新中心行政团队及技术支撑团队的有效沟通与工作对接；

5. 具体负责本研究所重要会议与活动的计划、组织及接待工作；负责撰写工作报告、方案等相关材料；

6. 完成所长交办的其他工作。

二 任职要求

1. 硕士及以上学历，生物医药等相关专业者优先；

2. 具有敬业奉献精神和良好的团队合作意识，较强的组织协调能力、沟通交流能力与解决问题能力；执行力强；

3. 具有一定的管理经验，有研究机构或高校工作经验者优先；

4. 具有良好的中英文写作能力和口头表达能力；

5. 能够熟练使用各类日常办公软件；

6. 身心健康。

About IMCT

The Institute for Molecular and Cellular Therapeutics (IMCT) is a newly established institute within CIMR, dedicated to developing novel therapeutics for major human diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, neurodegenerative conditions, and cardiovascular diseases，etc. We will accomplish this by recruiting top-tier researchers, conducting world-class research, and educating the next generation of scientists. Our efforts focus on identifying new therapeutic targets and advancing effective molecular and cellular treatments. Ultimately, our mission is to build IMCT into a leading powerhouse for groundbreaking therapeutic development.

The Director of Institute for Molecular and Cellular Therapeutics is currently Professor Chuan-Yuan Li, a Distinguished Investigator of CIMR.

The Institute for Molecular and Cellular Therapeutics of CIMR is recruiting an Assistant to the Director.

Main Responsibilities

(1) Assist the Director in drafting the development plan, annual plan, relevant regulations of the Institute, and ensure the effectiveness of the implementation.

(2) Assist the Director in recruiting key research personnel for the Institute, including PIs.

(3) Assist the Director in carrying out administrative, scientific research, and educational work, etc.

(4) Carry out the comprehensive coordination, supervision of the implementation of internal and external affairs of the Institute. Ensure effective communication and work coordination with CIMR’s administration team and core facility team.

(5) Responsible for the implementation of the planning，organizing and reception of important conferences and activities of the Institute; Responsible for drafting work reports, plans and other related materials.

(6) Complete other tasks assigned by the Director.

Job Requirements

(1) Education level, a master’s degree or above, preferably in biomedicine or a related field.

(2) Good spirit of dedication and teamwork, strong organization, coordination and communication abilities, good problem-solving skills; implementation-oriented.

(3) Management experience, with experience in research institutions or universities is preferred.

(4) Good written and oral skills in both Chinese and English.

(5) Proficiency in various daily office software.

(6) Good physical and mental health.
