支持4国语言！北京地铁在8座车站试配多语种翻译机

春暖花开，市民游客纷纷前往各大景区游玩，北京公共交通客流也持续增长。此外，针对近期外国游客增多的情况，北京地铁在8座车站试点配置多语种翻译机。

Multilingual translation machines have been installed at eight subway stations in Beijing, supporting translations in Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean, to ensure smooth communication for passengers.

天气转暖，市民游客游园观景、踏青出游需求增长，公园景区周边车站客流均有较大增长。

近期，外国游客也逐渐增多。为进一步满足中外游客的出行需求，北京地铁对车站工作人员开展英语专项培训。同时，按市交通委的统一部署，近期在1号线八通线天安门西、2号线东直门、2号线北京站、6号线南锣鼓巷、8号线奥林匹克公园、13号线西二旗、15号线马泉营、1号线八通线和7号线环球度假区站，共8座车站试点配置了多语种翻译机，可支持中英日韩4国语言翻译，确保乘客无障碍畅通交流。

天气转暖，为了让乘客坐车更舒适，北京地铁加强车厢温度控制，在保障通风的同时，根据天气情况适时调整车厢温度，营造良好舒适的乘车环境。

As the weather warms up and seasonal flowers begin to bloom, both locals and tourists flock to popular scenic spots in Beijing, leading to a surge in passenger numbers on public transportation.

To better serve the travel needs of foreign tourists, Beijing Subway has launched special English training sessions for its station staff. Additionally, multilingual translation machines have been installed for a pilot trial at eight stations:

As the weather gets warmer, Beijing Subway has taken steps to add to passenger comfort by improving temperature control in its carriages while ensuring proper ventilation. The temperatures inside the carriages are adjusted based on weather conditions to create a pleasant and comfortable environment for passengers.
